Our MD has reached PCA’s certified surveyor status.

We’re proud to announce that our Managing Director, John, has completed his accreditation from PCA (the Property Care Association) and now has a Surveyor’s Competence Certificate.

The PCA is an organisation dedicated to providing high quality training to professionals within the building preservation and treatment industry. We’re honoured to have been certified by the PCA, as it shows that our company is fully competent in preserving houses and the environment.

John has achieved the CSRT and CSSW qualifications, which means he is fully capable of surveying and treating Japanese knotweed to the highest standards in the industry.

Japanese Knotweed is often the cause of troubles with mortgage applications and house sales. With his expertise, John can find a suitable treatment for your invasive plant problems and quickly and safely remove the knotweed. His methods maintain the biodiversity and local habitat as well as being cost-effective.

He also has a number of other qualifications, including:
● A degree in Countryside Management from the University of Bath
● PA1 – Safe Use of Pesticides
● PA6A – Hand Held Applicator
● PA6AW – Hydraulic Nozzle Application to Water

Sussex Knotweed is dedicated to offering property owners across Sussex, Kent and Surrey Japanese Knotweed solutions. Our clients include a plethora of home-owners, farmers and conservation organisations in the area. Our services include an initial on-site survey, follow-up report and management plan, as well as implementation of appropriate and ecologically friendly treatment. We look to give each of our customers the appropriate IBG guarantees and warranty periods so that you can be sure you’re receiving first class service.
